How to look for a product ?
In order to find a product, watch underneath Product Search,
which is in the left superior corner of the main page. Write
the name of the product that you are looking for. You must
attend this rules: |

You can write
the complete name of the product |

If
you remember a single small part of the names, |

write it, and the list of
products that contain thist information will be shown.

You can write
for example CALA and the search engine completed the
sentence, the result is a list of products that has that
name or part of it. For example write "CALA" and press
search and these are the results. ACEITE DE BACALAO
X 240 ML, CALADERMINA LOCION X 120 ML, CALADRYL
CLEAR LOCION X100/120ML, CALADRYL LOCION X 100/120
ML. All the products in the list have part or the word "CALA". |

How to buy on line ?
If you have found the product in the list, add the quantity
that you want and press add product. If you wish to know more
about this product, you can press on the name in blue letters.
For your comfort, whenever you adds a product the basket
appear. If you want to see the content of the virtual basket
only click in "Check Order".

| Once you can see your order,
you will be able to choose between, modify the content of your
basket of purchases, continue buying or complete your order. |
| To complete your order you must
choose a delivery area, the information of the charge for home
delivery is showed in the page. |

| Once you have the correct
information, you can click on "Cash Machine" to pay. Complete
the information that is in the form and press complete order. |
The information will be send on
a safe way thanks to the security protocol and safe
transference that we used. This protocol guarantees that nobody
except us can see your information.

to confirm your data and complete the details of the delivery.

The delivery out of Guatemala is done by means of a courier.
The charge depends on the courier selected by the client.
Inside of Guatemala city are not delivery charge. |

Can I send my order to a different
place from where I am ? |

| You can make orders to be send
to a diferent place from where you are located. For example you
can make an order from your office and ask us to send it to
your home or you can make an order from the U.S. and ask us to
send it to a relative who lives in Guatemala. To do that, you
must specify it in the observations field wich is part of the
order, giving us the name of the person an the complete address
of the destination. |

| You can change your data in any
moment. You only must login with your user and click in "My
account" and select "Update my personal information". |
